Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.A.SHAJAHAN, Advocate for the 2nd respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory 1/3

bail granted to one Muthu, an accused in Crime No.56 of 2024, on the ground that he has not paid the sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Kalaingar Centenary Library, as directed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the said Muthu/the second respondent herein submits that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.8602 of 2024, dated 12.06.2024 was made ready only on 21.06.2024 and he has paid the amount to the Kalaingar Centenary Library on 25.06.2024, as directed by this Court, for which, a receipt has also been produced before this Court. 3.Since no case has been made out to cancel the anticipatory bail, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. sd/- 26/07/2024 / TRUE COPY / /08/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
