ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/a-4 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(B), 323, 395 & 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.210 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded into judicial custody in Crime No.210 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous.
