ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims to be a whistle-blower. He had given a complaint dated 01.07.2021 before the first respondent. According to him, the terms on which assignments were made in respect of the petition mentioned lands have been grossly violated and therefore, the assignments have to be cancelled. I refrain from going into the merits of the matter. 3.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
