Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.330 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR Cases) Madurai in Cr.MP No.957 of 2023 and the same was dismissed on 12.04.2023 and set aside the same and consequentlyenlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the case in Crime NO.15 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Oomachikulam Police station, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Prabhakaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.330 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL.MP(MD) No.8442 of 2023 that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.04.2023 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
