ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.15702 of 2021, dated 16.02.2024 in the matter of Secretary to Government, Government of Tamil Nadu and others vs. Iruthaya Amali and another, the petitioner cannot straightaway file a contempt petition as if that, the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court made in WP(MD)No.10063 of 20202 dated 31.03.2021, has been violated specifically insofar as the appointment of the present petitioner is concerned.

In terms of the order passed by the Division Bench as has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the said judgment with additional directions, the remedy is to be worked out by the petitioner in the manner known to law.

In that view of the matter, no further persuasive action is required as sought for in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
