O R D E R

Seeking a Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 13.11.2017 and 25.04.2023, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost his original Document in Doc.No.866/2012 on 12.11.2017. Hence, he has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 13.11.2017 and the respondent police has also acknowledged the same in N4/30482/1833/G/2017. However, no action has been taken by them so far. Hence, this petition. 3.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that on the 2/4

complaint of this petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and after due enquiry, they have found that the complaint is a false one, thereby they have closed the enquiry.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 28.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
