2. The records would show that the orders has not been complied with in its letter and spirit. This Court, while passing the order dated 19.06.2023, had given the following directions:

"In the light of the above, this writ petition is allowed, the impugned order is set aside and the respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 10.01.2022 only with reference to the revised time schedule and pass orders within a period of three weeks from today, after affording opportunity to the petitioner."

3. In the order, it had been clearly stated that the consideration should be only with reference to the revised time schedule and nothing else. However, the respondent has passed orders contrary to the directions of this Court on 19.06.2023. Though compliance is not as directed, the respondent has passed orders, and it is for the applicant to challenge the order or take appropriate application. 4.It is rather unfortunate that the respondent is unrepresented before this Court on all dates when the matter was called.

5. In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
