PRAYER :-To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl MP(MD)No.3504/19 dt.17.6.19 that they shall deposit a sum of Rs.69,00,000/- to the credit in Cr.No.1/19 on the file of the respondent by adjusting the amount.

CRL MP(MD). No.6930 of 2019 The petitioners seek modification of the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.69.00 lakhs. This Court after hearing the petitioners' counsel at length, dictated an elaborate order holding that the petition itself is not maintainable. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that if he is given two more weeks time to comply with the condition, the petitioners would do so. 2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the amount of Rs.69.00 lakhs would be deposited within a period of two weeks, this Court even while dismissing this petition for modification extends the time for surrender and compliance by two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
