ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner in any suitable job on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 27.11.2007 on compassionate ground.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that since the petitioner's father died, while he was in service under the respondent, he has sought appointment on compassionate ground by submitting an application along with necessary documents to the respondent and so far he has not been given any appointment, hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2007 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
