ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition stating that the petitioners have been detained under Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum-Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982) and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
