The petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and without due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the third respondent, petition enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police and finding that the dispute is based on money transaction, both parties were directed to approach the competent civil forum for getting appropriate remedy and accordingly, the complaint was closed on 08.11.2020.
