RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP (MD)No. 16192 of 2018 vide its order dated 09.10.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side), the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16192 of 2018 on 09.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16192 of 2018 on 09.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16192 of 2018 on 09.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week until further orders.
