2. The matters have been referred before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Before the Mediation, the parties i.e., the petitioners and the second respondent amicably settled their issues and also executed a settlement agreement before the Mediation, on 29.07.2019.

3. In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the First Information Reports are pending before the first respondent police. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the First Information Reports in Crime Nos. 222 and 223 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police, are hereby quashed. The terms of Settlement Agreement shall form part and parcel of this order.
