ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.8140 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 16 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.8140 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
