PRAYER IN MP(MD) No. 1 of 2010 IN CRL RC(MD) No. 532 of 2010 To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.456 of 2002 dated 13.05.2004 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil sentencing the petitioner to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.5000 which is confirmed in appeal in C.A.No.137 of 2004 dated 02.07.2010 on the file of Sessions Court, Nagercoil pending disposal of this revision and thus render justice.

As per the letter dated 14.12.2018 from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, it is seen that the conditional order has been compiled with. Further, it is seen that the case is pending for more than 8 years.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
