Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants issuance of passport. He is involved in a criminal case. When I wanted to know the stage of the criminal case, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that Crime No.1275 of 2021 registered on the file of the Dindigul Taluk police station is culminated into P.R.C.No.37 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. It is for the petitioner to move the Court below and seek relief. No relief can be granted in this writ petition.
3. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
