Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17623 of 2018 on 09.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.17623 of 2018 on 09.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.17623 of 2018 on 09.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
