The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 24.11.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.27705 of 2023.

In compliance of the orders of this Court, the District Level Empowered Committee, Kanyakumari District has addressed a communication, dated 29.07.2024 to the United India Insurance Company Limited, directing them to disburse the balance amount of Rs.2,81,139/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Eighty One Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Nine only).
