This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4621 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4621 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e. on 1st day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
