ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking, direction to the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the public meeting dated 02.12.2018 from 06.00 p.m., to 08.30 p.m., at Bias Primary School, Chinnathurai, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2018 has been considered and the petitioner has been granted permission to conduct the public meeting on 02.12.2018.
