PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 13.03.2025, in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4679 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4679 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4679 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
