Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in M.V.R.P.No.4/2021, dated 06.01.2022 confirming the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Aanai No.21194-A3-2021, dated 16.11.2021 rejecting the objection for transfer of permit in respect of the stage carriage bearing Registration No.TN 57/BB 5699 and spare bus bearing 1/4

Registration No.TN 20/AJ 3640 to the name of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the second respondent from transferring the stage carriage bearing Registration No.TN 57/BB 5699 and spare bus bearing Registration No.TN 20/AJ 3640 to the third party till the disposal of the criminal case in Crl.M.P.No.1222 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a revision petition under Article 227 A of the constitution of India and made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
