Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in the petition mentioned property. She gave a representation dated 05.12.2009 to the first respondent in this regard.

3. When matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the first respondent will pass orders in the matter within a period of three months.
