Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's impugned order in Chae.Mu.Order.15274/23/Aa5/Trichy dated 03.01.2025 and quash the same as devoid of merits and directing the respondents not to interfere with the administration of the Existing Committee of Hazrath Chan Masthan Dargha Pallivasal Kabarasthan Wakf, consequently record the elected Administrative Body of Eleven committee Members given to the 1st respondent in the representation dated 19.02.2024, within a period as stipulated by this court.
