ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue free house site patta to the petitioner's name in respect of property in naththam S.No.851/18 respectively situated at Silukkuvarpatti Village, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the 3rd respondent letter in Na.Ka.4197/2024/Aa5 dated on 19.12.2024 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner's father was in long possession of the property. However, the petitioner is residing there after constructing a house. Further, based on the petitioner's prayer, already the Tahsildar has considered the petitioner's claim vide proceedings, dated 19/12/2024 in Na.Ka.4197/2024/Aa5. 3.Therefore, the 3rd respondent Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's application in the light of the earlier proceedings and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
