ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2776 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23090 of 2024 dated 03.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 19 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2776 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23090 of 2024 dated 03.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
