2. The petitioner filed the Writ Petition for the very same relief as claimed in this interlocutory application. There is no

question of granting an interim relief, which is also the prayer in the writ petition. In case the interim relief is granted, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. We are therefore of the view that the interlocutory application deserves to be dismissed.
