Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in REVSKL/2128/2024-B4 dated 15.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner from survey No.1073/6 in Vayali Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J) The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in REVSKL/2128/2024-B4 dated 15.04.2025 and to forbear the respondents from evicting him from Survey No.1073/6 in Vayali Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. According to the petitioner, the land is classified as 'Natham' land. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge Section 6 notification. 2/4

3. Accordingly, granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
