ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted based on the complaint of the third respondent. Enquiry has since been closed. The respondents have advised the parties to work out their rights before the jurisdictional Civil Court. It appears that civil suit is also already pending.
