ORDER

(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and her family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.984 of 2021 against the private respondents and others. Some of the accused persons were arrested and released on bail. So far police protection is concerned, according to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no representation has been received from the petitioner.

3.It appears that except the complaint, dated 11.08.2021, no other separate representation has been sent by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11917 of 2021 seeking police protection. Based on the above said complaint a case was also registered against the private respondent. Therefore, granting of police protection may not arise, since life threat does not exist. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate proper proceedings.

4.With this above liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
