ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application to cancel the patta granted in favour of the 4th respondent before the RDO on 04.03.2022 and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 based on the written instructions submits that the 2nd respondent has conducted an enquiry and issued summon to the respective parties for enquiry on 01.09.2023 and it would be completed within reasonable time.

3.This Court considered the rival submissions and perused the materials placed on record.

4.The petitioner has submitted an application on 04.03.2022 to cancel the patta granted in favour of the 4th respondent. It is reported that the parties are summoned for enquiry. Since enquiry has already been initiated, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
