This petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.524 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent police had completed the enquiry and filed a final report in Crime No.524 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai, on 10.08.2019 itself.
