This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for her life and limb and also the property in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the house, in which the petitioner was residing, was in a dilapidated condition and for the purpose of renovating the house, she bought the material and started works. At that time, the neighbours namely Sivamahalakshmi, Gopi, Vasu and their henchmen were making trouble. In respect of which, a complaint has been given and a case in Crime No.113 of 2020 has been registered. Even though the case has been registered, they are making trouble to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was a boundary dispute between the petitioner and the accused persons. The accused persons stated that the petitioner constructed her house by encroaching the excess land over and above her purchase. So, the police advised her to measure the property which was not accepted by the petitioner. Hence, on that ground, the complaint given by this petitioner is going to be closed after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, since police protection is not proper.
