ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.26 of 2021 under Section 498(A), 406 IPC on the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents has represented that already the case has been investigated and the first respondent filed charge sheet and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.236 of 2022 by the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.In view of the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
