ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to remove the wrong entry dated 16/06/2020 made in Serial No.23 of the Encumbrance Certificate dated --/12/2020, in petitioner's property in Document No.906/2020, dated 18/12/2019 for survey numbers 426/1A, 426/1B, 426/2A, 426/2B, 426/3A, 426/3B, 426/4A, 426/5, 426/8 and 426/9, which was wrongly entered by the 4th respondent herein, the Sub - Registrar Manamadurai, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22/03/2025, within the stipulated time 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 2/4
22.03.2025, and pass orders after issuing notice to all the parties in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
