PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, this matter was listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance' of the condition imposed by this Court on 29.07.2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is represented that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner had already got interim bail and he had to have surrender on 30.08.2022. However, the petitioner failed to surrender and now he wants to withdraw the bail petition.

4.In view of the submission made by both parties, the petitioner is hereby directed to surrender before the respondent Police, since he has not complied with the condition of this Court. Hence, the interim bail granted by this Court is hereby cancelled and the respondent Police is directed to secure the petitioner at once.
