20223 of 2019:- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned judgment and conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thanjavur dated 27.07.2016 made in STC.No.456/2013 and which is confirmed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Cr.A.No.40/2016 dated 21.12.2017 and set aside the same and allow the above revision petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 434 days in preferring the Criminal Revision petition against the order passed in C.A.No.40 of 2016 dated 21.12.2017 confirming the order passed in STC.No.456 of 2013 dated 27.06.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, FTC, Thanjavur. 2.Heard both sides.

CRL MP(MD) No.6422 of 2019 3.Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to allow this petition by imposing cost and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 26/08/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
