ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioners sofar. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complaint, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.92 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, it was closed on the ground that the defacto complainant did not co-operate for completing the enquiry and also failed to produce the document, which were requires to enquiry.
