Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V. KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt petitioner from surrender before the learned Principal District Court at Karur in connection with the Judgment passed in C.A.No.114 of 2022 in C.C.No.10 of 2021 dated 05.04.2024 on the file of the learned Principal District Court at Karur, by confirming the order of conviction sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai, Karur District in C.C.No.10 of 2021 dated 16.09.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
