The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Sattur to number the petition in un-numbered H.M.O.P.No. of 2023 and to take the petition on the file. 1/3

2. Prima facie, it appears that the petitioner and the respondent have lived in Sattur and that the respondent had also given a compliant against the petitioner before Sattur Police Sation on 29.03.2023.

3. The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the Subordinate Court, Sattur to number the H.M.O.P. filed by the petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and dispose of the same. No costs.
