Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in TIN.33475041893/ 2013-14, TIN.33475041893/ 2014-15 and TIN.33475041893/ 2015-16 , respectively, dated 11.08.2017 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice, and direct the respondent to pass assessment order afresh after affording opportunity of being heard as requested in reply dated 27.07.2017 within such time as may be directed by this Court. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would pursue the alternative remedy by filing statutory appeal. Hence, he withdraws these Writ Petitions. 2.Recording the said submission and endorsement made, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the alternative remedy by way of filling statutory appeal in accordance with law. Time spent in prosecuting the writ petitions shall be excluded while calculating the period of limitation.
