PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6100 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.6100 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly six weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.6100 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
