ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from conducting Kumbabisekam is premature and the petitioner himself is not clear about the decision taken to perform Kumbabisekam.

2. As far as the directions sought for to exclude the temple from Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department (HR & CE) need not be considered by this Court, since it requires an adjudication. If at all any subject reasons are available to the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.
