Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.03.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.25353 of 2022 which is amounting to contempt of Court under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

ORDER

The headmaster of the school concerned has submitted a proposal as directed by this court. Based on the same, the DEO (secondary), Thoothukudi had also issued proceedings dated 30.03.2026.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader informs the court that the arrears / terminal benefits payable to the petitioner will be credited to the petitioner's account within a week.
