ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Vivek Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. Veeranthiran , Government Advocate For R1 AND G. Prabhurajadurai for the 2nd respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to recall the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8765 of 2021. 2.

This Court by an order dated 08.04.2022 closed the petition in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.8765 of 2021, on the ground that the counter compliant lodged by the counter parties has been charge sheeted and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.240 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tuticorin and the said case was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13767 of 2012 by an order dated 08.04.2022.

Now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13767 of 2012 and it revealed that this Court dismissed the said quash petition.
