ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is accused in four cases registered by the second respondent during the year 2017. He would further submit that the second respondent police under the guise of enquiry are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases registered by the respondent police and habitual offender and is a history sheeter in the concerned police station and the respondents are not unnecessarily harassing him.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent, that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with any case, the same can be done inaccordance with law.
