ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
