ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.4732 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.4732 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
