This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4097 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.2539 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 8 weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4097 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.2539 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e. 1st day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
