Crl.M.P(MD)No.9231 of 2026 filing the criminal revision petition against the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.101 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Theni confirming the order of judgment and conviction passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Uthamapalayam in S.T.C.No.188 of 2022 dated 31.05.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post on 08.06.2026.
